Paul Sefah here. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Ghana. I have conducted extensive research through interviews with hotel and guest house managers in Ghana, and there is a genuine demand for individualised hotel accessories including bath towels, bathrobes, bedroom slippers, and bed linens.

I have conducted extensive research through interviews with hotel and guest house managers in Accra and Kumasi, and there is a genuine demand for individualised hotel accessories including bath towels, bath robes, bedroom slippers, and bed linens. These products will be customized (monograms) with the various hotel or guesthouse logos.
Where possible, the products will be purchased from manufacturers/suppliers in Ghana, otherwise they will be imported from high quality suppliers in other countries. I have researched several potential suppliers and sampled the end products. I currently have agreements with 4 different suppliers. I am in readiness to begin as soon as I receive funding.
Initially, I will be employing 3 people to assist in the sales and administration.

Logo and Images
I have decided on a location for my sales and administration office, and as soon as I have the funds I will commence operations.
The market is the medium to high end hospitality operations that have sufficient demand for each customized product type to get good economies of scale. I have several clients ready to place orders.
My website will be my primary showcase where orders can be placed, logos/monogram images can be uploaded, payments made, and shipments processed efficiently.
My long-term plan is to be the leading supplier of guest room accessories in West Africa.

- Business registration and brand registration fees, GHS1,000 or about USD250.
- Computers, office furniture and supplies, GHS4,500 or about USD1,000.
- Operational costs for the first 3 months, including rent, GHS4,000 or about USD900.
- Business cards and pamphlets, GHS1,000 or about USD250.
- Initial order costs, GHS31,500 or about USD7000.
The total costs are GHS42,000 or about USD9,400.
